Located on a priviledged site on the Green Belt and adjacent to fishing lakes, this replacement chalet is a reinterpretation of the local architecture. A contemporary envision of the Essex-barn typology, the volume is uniformly cladded creating a continuous slate skin along its façade and roof.
Following the client's requirements the roofs fold and open to create a split-level terrace facing the spectacular lakes and landscape views.
