The aim of this development was to regenerate a derelict former timberyard site wedged into the historical area of this seaside settlement. This proposed development is for the construction of 20 new commercial units on the main components of the Former Timber Yard with a total floor area of approximately 2,150sq.m with associated landscaping and car parking.
